Our salesman Doug was wonderful. He was kind, knowledgeable, and always available for any questions or concerns I had. The workers arrived on time, and all work would have been done in one day except for the county inspector showing up too early for the mid way inspection. This delayed finishing the project a day. The clean up was very professional and the roof looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing for any new roof or roof repair that you may need. Our Salesman Bryce was great. He is detailed, responsive and helpful. As a former insurance agent he understands the process from start to finish. Bobby, the project manager, was very hands on and communicative as well. Both met with us and assisted with the HOA requirements as well. They set up and ensured permits and inspections were handled. Project was completed in 1 day. Bryce, Bobby, and the installers all walked the yard to ensure all nails and other scrap was picked up and removed. This was important to a parent of 2 small children who play in the yard and could step on something. I would definitely use them again.
