Elite Roofing was prompt and arrived with a large crew. They got to work immediately and had everything they needed to complete the job. They had to replace some of the wood too as well as work around the swamp cooler. Vents were replaced and everything was done 6 hours later. The roof looks great and is much firmer than the old one. I’m real happy with the work they did. A quality company. My insurance covered the majority of the work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

His recommendations were spot on and the new roof looks amazing. When the insurance company messed up and didn’t send the funds on time, Kevin went to bat for us with his bosses to ensure our account didn’t go to collections and we had time to make the payments with no negative impact. Elite did an amazing job, considering they had to first remove our solar panels before starting the roof replacement. Then the panels had to be reinstalled. The entire project was coordinated quite well and the project manager insured that the roof replacement was done in a professional way. I’d recommend Elite to anyone!!

I had a single damaged concrete tile that needed replacing. I had a comparable tile on hand and was looking for a company to do the work. I started my search last fall and received ridiculous bids of between $1200 - $1800 to replace a single tile. This spring the search began again. Let's be realistic, I understand replacing a single tile might be expensive. The company has to dispatch a crew/individual, the cost of round-trip travel, the expense of dispatching the crew for a single tile versus a larger project, the time to set up the equipment and inspect the roof, replace the tile, and take down the equipment. I expected a reasonable cost of a few hundred dollars. Elite Roofing was the only company I contacted that gave me a realistic, reasonable price to replace a single roof tile and it was within my expectations. An appointment was scheduled within a couple of days, the worker arrived on time and quickly got to work. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He replaced the tile, inspected the work and took the extra time to reset the tile as he was not happy with the way it looked. This was a small job and Elite Roofing was the only company that provided a reasonable, realistic estimate for the work. Yes, I would recommend Elite Roofing and will keep the contact information for any future roofing repairs.
