It was so easy to have one person as our contact person throughout the entire project. He was very thorough, prompt, professional and kind in his communication whether that was via email, phone, text or in person. The crew was amazing and was careful with the equipment and respectful of our property. The online billing and payment were easy and efficient. Thank you so much for our new, quality roof!

Elite lives up to their name! I had a small roof repair job that was left over from a builder issue . . . and Randy and his team stepped up and made everything right. The way that Elite handled all parts of the job . . . from scheduling to site visit to repair/cleanup to closeout . . . was FLAWLESS. The tech that showed up for the visit and the repair was an absolute professional. He was outgoing and clearly communicated what he'd found and what he was going to do. After the repair was completed, he stayed and made sure that everything was cleaned up and that I was a happy customer. I wish more service companies were like Elite. They made it easy from start to finish, treated me like a valued customer, and stand head and shoulders above other companies we had considered. They will be my "go to" company in the future, and I could not give them a higher recommendation when you are looking for Elite service.

Elite Roofing and Solar did a fantastic job replacing our roof after major hail damage last year. The process was smooth from start to finish, and they worked directly with our insurance company to make it easy on us. I was so impressed that I had them install solar panels as well. Phil, our roofing project manager, and Robert, who managed the solar side, were both excellent—clear communicators who kept us informed and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this team for both roofing and solar!

What a breath of fresh air! Elite Roofing did such an amazing job removing a metal chimney and repairing the roof and were such a pleasure to work with. This project started out as a nightmare with the original roofing company refusing to uphold the warranty after replacing the roof and not removing or properly sealing the chimney. Then calling around to different 5 star roofing companies being treated incredibly rude because it wasn't a total roof replacement was so disheartening. It was such a relief when Elite Roofing answered the phone, it was like being safely woken up from a bad dream. Every step of the process was smooth and I felt very taken care of with each interaction. I highly recommend them to take care of your roofing needs!

I needed to replace the roof on my 1893 home that had at least 3 layers of asphalt and 1 wood shingles. This was literally the roof over our heads. I vetted 4 roofing companies and Elite Roofing stood out for their prompt, professional and courteous interactions. I worked with Chad, who was not a sales person, but rather he was the project manager who was my point of contact from start to finish. I never experienced any hard sales pressure. In fact, he was more focused on ensuring that I had all the information to make an informed comfortable decision. Roof install was smooth, great crew and when I asked about a minor issue Chad immediately rectified it before I could ask how we should proceed. It really was minor and I was never concerned that it would be an issue to address. Never once was I concerned about this home improvement project thanks to Chad. He made what could have been a stressful project very easy. I highly recommend Elite Roofing. My only regret is they don’t do plumbing! Michael Mitchel
