Do you offer financing options?

We do in fact offer financing through Service Finance, a third party company. Please speak with your project Manager if you have questions or would like to learn more about financing through Service Finance.

Do you offer payment options?

Homeowners have three choices when paying a deductible:

  • Mail us a check to 5475 Peoria St, Unit 4-106 Denver, CO 80239.
  • Pay via eCheck (ACH) through WePay. Note that this is free!
  • Pay via credit card through WePay. Note that there is a 3.4% service charge on credit card payments.

How do I make a payment?

Check your email for your invoice and payment instructions or email our accounting team at [email protected].

I tried to make a payment online, why isn’t it working?

In order to use WePay, to make an online payment, homeowners need to verify their bank account. To do this, WePay initiates two ‘microdeposits’ into the account you provided. These payments typically hit your account in 1-2 business days. Once the microdeposits have hit your account, you will need to sign into WePay and verify the exact amount of each deposit. Once complete, your account will be verified and you can initiate your online payment.

Is it okay if I pay out of pocket?

Yes, we do accept cash payments. Homeowners are not required to file an insurance claim to fund a roof replacement.

Do I need to be at home when a technician is inspecting or repairing my roof?

Having a homeowner present is ideal but not absolutely necessary. As long as we can access your roof on our own, there is no need for the property owner to be home. The attic space may need to be inspected to complete a repair or survey damage, but typically you do not need to be present for exterior shingle only inspections.

How does your referral process work?

Once a referral is submitted through our website, you will receive an email notification, within 48 hours, confirmation that we have received your referral. As your referee moves through the roof replacement process, you will receive email updates. Finally, when it is time to redeem your reward, you will receive an email confirmation.  You will then need to respond, at which time your reward will be mailed to the address that you provided on your referral form. Do I have to redeem my referral in level order?

No, you are able to redeem your referral reward in any order. However, it is important to note that you can only redeem in one level, per calendar year, from your first redemption.
