Elite Roofing, Chad, and the crew were easy to work with and communicative before, during, and after our roof replacement. The crew was polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up. A piece of flashing needed to be re-cut after gutter installation and Elite promptly resolved the issue. Excellent experience from someone who has never replaced a roof. Highly recommended!

Elite Roofing was very responsive to my call, got me on their schedule the next day and was able to do the required fix, the day after I signed the contract. The technician who did the work was very personable, helpful, and respectful of my property. He made sure I understood what his intentions were and provided pictures of the different stages of work. Elite Roofing was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Kevin was awesome and explained everything to ensure I knew what was happening step by step. His recommendations were spot on and the new roof looks amazing. When the insurance company messed up and didn’t send the funds on time, Kevin went to bat for us with his bosses to ensure our account didn’t go to collections and we had time to make the payments with no negative impact. I could not have asked for a better company to replace my roof and a better person than Kevin to be my point of contact!

After interviewing several companies to replace my roof following a hail storm I settled on Elite Roofing. This is the 3rd roof roof I've replaced on this house and was by far the best experience and highest quality of work of the three. Our Project Manager, Doug Swanson kept us informed on the details of the project every step of the way. I have never worked with any home project manager that responded to my questions as quickly as Doug did (usually within minutes). All work was completed exactly as promised and within the stipulated time-frame. Elite worked directly with our insurance company on the final invoicing adjustments and there were no delays in processing the claim. Finally, we had our house painted about one month after the roof was replaced which included some siding and trim repair directly above a roof line. I wanted to make sure that no damage was done to the new shingles and that the siding repairs didn't affect the roof seal. Doug took time out of his (very) busy schedule to come out the same day to complete a full inspection. I cannot say enough about how easy and stress-free it was to work with this company during the entire process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a challenging situation as our house was already under contract to sell and they explained everything along the way and did great work.
